Management Reporting

 

Management reports can be tailored to the specific requirements of the customer, allowing a wide variety of helpful historical and budget planning information


All files are completed in specific service criteria, i.e replaced, repaired, etc.. which is provided on a station by station basis allowing greater management of claims costs


We can include or exclude any station or central customer relations department to provide a fuller picture on the actual costs associated with damaged passenger baggage


Should a customer wish to use a number of suppliers, we can centrally manage and distribute information on their behalf to ensure anti fraud and duplication practices are adhered to*
