provided on a station by station basis allowing greater
management of claims costs

central customer relations department to provide a fuller
picture on the actual costs associated with damaged passenger
baggage
Should a customer wish to use a number of suppliers, we can
centrally manage and distribute information on their behalf to
ensure anti fraud and duplication practices are adhered to*
