Claims Settlement

Where the replacement or repair of an item is not possible or economically feasible, or, where the value of the item is lower than that of the replacement cost of a similar item we will undertake the issue of a cheque settlement in line with the Montreal Convention limits of liability, depreciation will be assessed as is appropriate.

·        Unlike many of the claims handling companies, we undertake settlement of claims from our own account, requiring no "pre-funding" from the Airline

·        Cheque settlements are considered as a "stock item" therefore the price paid, is the face value of the cheque*

·        All cheques are despatched with a covering letter providing finality of the claim

·        All claims are completed subject to the clients required depreciation requirements
