K2 Global Limited is the UK 's largest luggage repair facility – which also incorporates the Samsonsite Service Centre owned and operated by K2 Global Limited



·         We are the only accredited repairer for many of the worldwide leading brands, and ensure that all repairs comply with the product warranty of the damaged item

 

·         We complete over 25,000 repairs per year for airline clients and retail clients alike, from small independent stores to our larger store clients such as John Lewis, Selfridges and Harrods.

·         In excess of 95% of all collected repairs are completed within 24hrs subject to parts availability

 

·        Repairs can be collected from any UK Mainland address, also Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland

This means we are not only the largest repair centre, but through our agreements with leading manufacturers we deliver the best service available in baggage repairs.

The majority of repairs are completed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Even with the most complex product repair our dedicated service team work within a target turnaround time of less than 10 working days subject to parts availability.
